Legor. Jack Aldershaw, aged eight, son of a miner, ran unto the road to :iiek up a coin, and an empty bus goitg towards Doncaster skidded as the driver swerved to avoid him. The bo’ was run over and killed, and the vehicle mounted the footpath, whore i Mrs Allison, wile of o motor driver, was pushing a mail cart containing lei- two-year-old son Colin, who was kilicit. Mrs Allison suffered I rein shock, aid a Airs J’lackhurn, who was with Inr and was also struck by the bus, reciived head and other injuries and was taken to the hospital.
