A CHAMPION WRESTLER
PESEK AT AUCKLAND. [By Telegraph, Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Nov. 18. John Pesek, a. dog lover and master wrestler, arrived at Auckland from Sydney by the Aorangi this morning. The “Nebraska Tigerman” has with him lotir greyhounds, which were purchased in Australia at a. high figure. Through passengers by the Aorangi are three other professional wrestlers in Joe Zikmund, Jim Browning, and Joe Banaski. Pesek experienced a wonderful season in Australia, not only winning every one of his twenty-seven matches, hut also coming through without a fall being scored against him. He has not been beaten for over two years, and has had only one fall registered against him for something like 80 matches. “I am thirty-four years of age, and believe I am wrestling better now mail ever before,” said Pesek.
