A petrol barge was discharging oil when an explosion occurred in a tank that had just been emptied. Two dock labourers were blown to pieces, and a third Was seriously injured. Three are missing; The 1 large \vas broken in two. The •skipper's wife and three children who were aboard escaped injury.
