MEXICO CITY. November 17.

dl. Pascnal Oritz Rubio, the National Revolutionary Party’s candidate, was elected as President of Mexico at Sunday’s election, by what appears to be the greatest Presidential vote ever cast in Mexico. There was bloodshed in several cities. No rioting. attended the election. 1 On Sunday night, it is reported, 12 persons were killed, and many more were wounded in the cities and in the country districts.
