BLIND FLYING COURSE. BERLIN, November 17
In view of the recent accidents due. to poor visibility, Lufthansa has initiated a course of blind flying for air liner pilots, to accustom them to rely on instruments in thick weather.

The only discrepancy between the British and American view of naval parity is a minor matter of thirty thousand cruiser tonnage, out of a total ol twenty-four hundred thousand, said General Dawes at a dinner at London District institute of Journalists.
