FINANCIAL FAILURE
FRAUDS REPORTED

LONDON, November 14. The financial house of J. Horstman, Ltd;, has suspended payment.
The house was established in the Clity of London in the year 1802 as one for banking and the acceptance of business.
The failure is due to frauds.on part of certain correspondents and trustees on the Continent. It is estimated that these frauds total between throe hundred and four hundred thousand Pounds storing. Ihe firm’s capital is held privately. Tt is stated that one large shareholder. on the Continent, has committed suicide.
