CARS COLLIDE

SEVERAL INJURED,

CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 15,

A head-on collision in Idris Road this evening resulted in four out ef six occoupants of cars receiving injuries necessitating their removal to the hospital. The drivers of the ears were Henry Claude Lovell and Raymond Thomas. Neither was injured, but the passengers in both cars were hurt. The injured were : Lillian Mclnnes, injuries to the face. Winnie McTnnes, aged 10, fractured leg. Daphne Mote, aged 14, fractured nose. Thomas Canty, injuries to the nose. Both cars were badly damaged. Several 1 lot ties of beer were found in Thomas’s car after the police arrived.
