AT HANDS OF GIPSIES. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) PARIS, November 14. Lisa Karl and Albert Clarisse, two Gipsies, have been condemned to the guillotine for murdering an elderly woman, the keeper of a drinking shop near Rheims, with incredible savagery. 'Pho old woman lived alone in a clay hut. Lisa and Albert knocked, and when the woman came out, they beheaded her. Then they looted her lmt, pouring paraffin on her body. The proceeds of the murder was £7.
