STOCK MARKET
A FURTHER SET BACK
[United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.]
(Received this day at 12 noon). NEW YORK, Nov. 12
The stock market took another terrific set back, prices dropping rapidly. When bears raided United States steel millions of dollars were chipped front the already impaired values. The large descent was followed by a weak recovery. Trading was tremendous. With tickers far behind traders on the floor had the greatest difficulty in finding the exact quotations. At the close support was completely lacking and wealthy traders were the most heavy losers. Much of the pressure started from further liquidation of margin accounts. Call money was six all day.
