SYDNEY, Nov. 11

Detecti'-Os are working on flic body in bag case at Narrabri. This morning they declare that it is a clear case of murder, and that the crime was committed some weeks ago. The head had been removed at the first joint of the neck, and the legs at the hips. The only clothing on the trunk is a grey cardigan jacket. The bag was weighted down by six ibricks. It is believed that the victim was a working man, aged about 40 years. HJe w*as apparently 'killed, dismembered and hurled into the creek.
