Crashing in a car at Bargo river, T. Dollahan and his wife were killed. Hearing a crash nearby a shopkeepei rushed to the scene and dragged the bodies from- the line. A few minutes later a train hurtled into the car carrying it for a quarter of a mile. The shopkeeper, knowing that the train was due, fired a "gun and waved a lantern in an effort to warn the driver of the train.
