Meanwhile China's civil war in Honau Province is developing interestingly. It is reported the entire garrison of Government troons at Sinveh, South Honan, have deserted and' joined : Kuominchian. Chang Kaishek is personally directing the Government H rees, The latter claim successes. Traffic on Peking-Hankow railway has been entirely suspended.
