ENGLAND
[United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.]
LONDON, November 2
The heaviest submarine cable that has ever left England is being carried by the London and North Western Railway from the Enfield Works to the Thames wharf tomorrow evening by a special train made up for the work. The cable weighs in all one hundred an forty tons. Both railway tracks have to be kept clear. Therefore Sunday evening has been selected as being the least likely to interfere with the traffic.
