(Received this day at 8.30. a.m.) WARSAW, Nov. 1.
Marshal Pilsudski gave the Polish Met an experience or the Cromwell touch to-day. When the Budget Sess on opened it was known there was a majority in favour of no-coplidence in the Government and that Pilsudski was determined not to give way.
A sensation was caused when ninety officers carrying swords and revolvers occup ed the lobby just before the sitting opened.
I lie Speaker, regarding this as a coup d’etat refused to open the session until Government induced the officers to retire.
A\ hen the Sergeant-at-Arniis ordered the intruders to leave, the soldiers re-' plied: “We have orders to occupy this lobby.” Marshal Pilsudski has been in conference with the Speaker, hut a settlement was not reached and the troops are still in possession of the lobby, deputies of the Government having provided the officers with chairs.
