r NEW YORK, Oct. 21. J , At_Chicago, six. sailors on :bo f ard the ore carrier “Senator’ were, drowned when she collided with the steamer “Marquette” in the middle of the fore-; noon during a dense fog. The “Senator” was on old-time iron ship .which •filled immediately and sank in Ypn minutes. Captain Finch was ' rescue*!. The “Marquette” rescued three,, a,nd a passing schooner saved nine others. The Great Lakes casualty list during recent storms aiiloufits to one hundred and fifteen. " ’ ,
