CONFERENCE TO BE CALLED. . United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, October 31. The India Office publishes correspondence between Sir J. Simon, as head of the Indian Statutory Commission, and the Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Mr Ramsay MacDonald. The former pointed out that, whatever would he its final report, It will be wise to take accourit of the relations between British India and the States in order to secure the greatest possible measure of agreement. Mr MacDonald replied that lie had first consulted the leaders of the other political parties, who would accept the suggestion. The British Government will, therefore, summon the conference-.which Sir J. Simon ha. <5 suggested.
