Tass Agency reports the Soviet has disdovered„in Northern Caucasus an important monarchist movement, disguised as a religious sect, which is preparing an armed rising and opposing Government measures. It consisted of remnants of White Guards, who had a secret couhcil of twelve in a remote village. 'The councillors have been sentenced to death.
