LONDON, October 22., Regarding the Russian Mission report, the British Government has been informed of, thp Committee’s views, and of their readiness to co-operate with the Government in all matters relating to the development of trading relations with Russia. Sir Joseph Ishenvood, the Chairman of the Committee, signs the report, which shows that Russia’s requirements during the next five years will include elctrical goods, textiles, materials for coal mining, agriculture, and woodworking, also metal ships, shipbuilding materials, motor, roadmaking, and building machinery. Russia offers a large import market for boots, shoes and English leather. Orders are now available for building work, electric stations, mine construction, artificial silk mills, etc. **• The report states that there are large concessions for the extension and reconstruction of various metal works. Russia estimates that severity millions sterling could he invested, in addition to . twelve millions worth of imports. Concession would also he granted for rail and road works involving twenty millions' sterling. The delegates were greatly-impress-ed with the determination evinced by the Russian administrators to develop ■every industry on the utmost possible modern lines.
