(1771b5), a local ligh|t 4 heavyweight, in a ten round bout, before two hundred spectators. A disagreement ended the fight in the fourth round. The referee gave the fight to Cook on a foul. Then the decision was reversed and the Boxing Commission awarded Mendez a technical k.o. victory.
