Frankie Genaro retains the world’s tfly-weight championship by defeating Ernie Jarvis of Millwall, at the Albert Hall, in fifteen rounds, on points. The heavy-weight, Primo Camera, knocked down Jack Stanley (ex-police-man) for a long count, and when he rose, he floored him again for nine. The referee, before the last round ended, intervened, and awarded the fight to Camera. . The English feather-weight champion Jphn Cuthbert, easily defeated Edward Mascart (ex-European champion) in twelve rounds on points. Boxing critics are speculating on Camera’s chances of becoming the world's champion. Stanley has no. doubts on the subject. He says: “ He, is not human. 1 never hit him. Jt was like fighting the Tower of London.”
The “ Morning Post” says it is doubtful if even in America at present there is anybodv to bent Camera. Bennison, in the “Daily Telegraph/* says Camera would have parsed as a world-beater. His footwork was excellent, and of the speediest. Thera was a meaning, .purpose, accuracy, and enormous weight in every blow,
