LINDRUM v. McCONACHY. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, Oct. 16. The opening billiard match between Lindrum and McConachy need not be taken over seriously. It will give boti an opportunity to become accustomed to the local conditions. The critics await their meeting with the British professionals. McConachy’s intenseness seemed to- indicate nervousness, while Lindrum s c ie feature was the speed of his scoring, and the confidence of his strokes.
