This specified that the desired change applied. to goods supplied to a retailer in the ordinary course of his business for sale by him. One” delegate said that in a recent instance a dealer defaulted, and the corporation seized a number of cars which customers had obtained from him. Some of these ears had been paid far outright’ and until their seizure the purchasers knew nothing of the hire-purchase agreements between the/dealer and the corporation. The remit and amendment were referred to the executive for consideration.
