For South Sydney Wearing and Quinlwan kicked penalty goals and Why scored a try which Blair converted. On the play Marist was superior ,by more than the margin of one point. Conditions were ideal and there was an attendance of 15,000. AUSTRALIA ,v. HUDDERSFIELD. LONDON, October 12. In the Rugby League mactb, the Australian team defeated Huddersfield by 18 points to 8.
