LONG DISTANCE ROCKET. A PROFESSOR’S CLAIM. (United Press Association —By Electric telegraph—Copyright). BERLIN, October 10. The Government has given Professor O’Berth permission to use a lonely spot on the east coast from which to fire his experimental rocket- thirty miles heavenwards. The rocket is fitted with astronomical instruments and will come down by means of a parachute when the prooelling charges have -been exhausted. O’Bertli is confident- that he will get important data from his long distance rocket.
