HCNTT: R A v. GREY SCHOOLS. On Cass Square on Saturday afternoon teams representing Grey Technical School and Hokitika District High School met. Considerable interest was shown in the play by partisans of both teams. In the first half Grey had the advantage scoring 9 points in the fii\st ten minutes and leading by 9 to 6 at half-time. In the second half Hokitika had the best of the play, the game ending in a win for Hokitika by 17 to 14. Iu a game between Kiwi Juniors and a team from AVestport, Kiwis had the best of a poor exhibition winning by 17 to 6. 'United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). Four British Rugby Unions, New South AA’ales, New Zealand, South Africa and France, placed wreaths on the memorial unveiled to-day at Twickenham ground to Sir Rowlands■ Hill. The memorial consists of a pair of ornamental gates. A match was subsequently played between England-AA’ales and Scotland-Tre-lancl, the latter winning by 20 to 13.
