MOONEE VALLEY' MEETING. MELBOURNE, September 29. At Moonee Valley, races yesterday, the Tullaniarlne Handicap was won by Second Wind, bred in New Zealand. The horse was subjected to vigorous hooting, owing to inconsistent form. The Quality Handicap resulted:— Highland 1, David Garriclc 1, Aga Khan 3. Won by half a length. Time 1.271. English racing.
