Your suppliers have been paid fourteen pence perdb. for-all. butter-fat from finest grade '■crcrtm supplied during the seasofi, with the exception of October month’s supply for which one shilling per lb. was paid. It is intended to make a further payment which will be sufficient to bring the total pay out to is 3:ld per lb. for all linest grade but-cer-fat supplied. Early in the season Mr C. .T. Barrett resigned the managership and was succeeded by Mr J. M. Prebble, whose careful attention to the welfare of your Factory has given general satisfaction. The retiring Directors are Messrs ,J. Friend T. Nolan and R. Dunn, and the retiring Auditor is ~Mr M. H. Houston. These wentlemeu are again eligible for election.
