The service at StV Paul’s Cathedral was conducted. by Canon Nevill, who was.,assisted by the Rejf. Wb -Hardy Johnson., ; t£as|at atthe organ,. and during the service played the’ “Dead March” in “Saul.” 'The service at the graveside in the South- \ ern cemetery was conducted by Canon Nevill: The death of Sir George Fenwick 1 was referred to with regret at last night’s meeting f.f the Otago Rugby Union. The Chairman (Mr W. Brown) said that the passing of Sir George was a :big loss to the city,' for he had been one of the most prominent citizens, in Dunedin for many, years. 1 ' ’A 'motidn of sympathy with the relatives Wijs passed,- the membej-i remaining standing for a few moments.'
