WOULD RECORD. BY CYCLIST OPPERMAN. (Australian Press Association) , ADELAIDE, Sept. 25. Hubert, Opperman broke the dirt track cycling record for one hundred miles to-day .by covering the distance in 4 hours 39£ minutes, thereby chipping 23 minutes off the world’s track record, and 38 minutes off the Australian record. .
