SHEARER’S CLAIMS. (United Press Association— By Electria Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this dav at 9. a.m.)’ WASHINGTON, Sept. 24. A letter by Williarit Shearer, the observer for American shipbuilders at the 1927 Geneva-Conference, claiming a Secret British document, which he obtained had influenced the Legislative course of the Fifteen Cruiser Construction 8.1 l in the Senate last session was read into the Record to-day of the Senate Investigating Committee.
