TARIFF CONVENTION
THE EUROPEAN CONVENTION. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 24. . The report of the League Economic Commission was adopted unanimously to-day by the League Assembly at Geneva'. The report proposed that before the end of this year, the Governments should notify Sir Eric !Di millpond, Secretary-General of tlie League, if they were willing to participate in an International Economic Conference, to abolish or reduce all hindrances to international trade, such conference to be held before the end of January, 1930.
