RIP VAN WINKLE

To-morrow night at the Princess Theatre the comic opera will be repealed by the Hokitika amateurs for c.*e last time. The production lias had a phenomenal run., reflecting credit on all concerned.

As to-morrow’s production is a benefit for the Hokitika Fire Brigade, a bumper house may be looked for, the object being one that will commend itself ,to all. The opera will be staged in all its entirety, and patrons are assured of a good' entertainment from every point of view. Seats may be reserved at Mclntosh’s. The doors will open at 7.15 o’clock, and the overture will be played at 7.50 sharp.
