ART GALLERY ARCHITECT.
GISBORNE. Sept. 19. The winner of the competition design for the Christchurch art gallery, Mr Edward William Armstrong, is a Gisborne boy. He is a son of the late district engineer of the Public Works Department. He is at present in Rangoon designing the university training college.
