LATEST DEVELOPMENTS. _ I (Received, this day at 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 18. ' The la’ert election developments are as follows: Mr Windeyer, K.C., as the People’s Party nominee, will oppose Mr Parkhall, Nationalist organiser. Dr Nott is certain is to be selected as the opponent against Mr W. Hughes. Marks and Hughes have sent in nominations to the Nationalists. The Prime Minister, Mr Bruce, opens his N.S.W. campaign at Chatswood, the centre of Mr Hughes’ electorate.
