FIRE BOARD’S RESOLUTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association). ' CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 18. Reference to the. serious fire loss in New Zealand was. niade at a meeting of the Christchurch Fire Board, and a resolution was passed endorsing the suggestion of 'Cant. Hugo, Inspector of hire Brigades, that compulsory instruction in fire prevention should be given in schools and colleges. •-
