GOULBURN TO SYDNEY
OP LEHMAN WINS EASILY

SYDNEY, Sept. 13
The bicycle road race from Goulbiu*n to Sydney, was run yesterday. In the professional evbnt, Hubert Opperman, of Victoria, won with ten minutes to spare. He started from saratch, his /time being five hours fifty-nine minutes five seconds. Clindus, of Newcastle, was second, while J. Birch, of Sydney, was third.
In the similar race for amateurs, the winner was W. McMurtrie, whose time was seven hours, fourteen minutes thirty-five seconds.
