ON CABINET CHANGES,
United Press ’Association.—By Electric . - -
. yRp.ME, September 14. Signor Mussolini made an important speech vat Palazzo,, in Venetia. Deaflng with the, ..Cabinet changes recently cabled he explained tTiat the Fascist Militia, the, Police. Council, and ‘.the State Court' of Accounts still remained under his..own. control. He declared: “ Never before have I felt more strongly fascism’s reality, by which tHe State is centred in one person, who is complete . master. Some ‘ idolaters ’ call Italy a dictatorship. We acknowledge that it is tv dictatorship, lying in the political, moral, and intellectual force of the man who exercises it, and in the objects at which he aims. That is a fact—and is a necessity!” • Be added that there were reports that the Fascist Party was suppressing itself. These reports were grotesque, and ho denounced attackers who were accusing the Fascist leaders of dishonesty. On the contrary, they were deserving df all esteem.
Signor., Mussolini declared that Italy’s exiles were drowning themselves in ridicule. “ I have often asked myself,’,’ ho concluded, “ whether an amnesty can be granted to such a herd of sheep, who are afflicted with such moi*tifyihg stupidity, or to the criminals who were responsible for the bombing of Italian women and children.”
