'Pile license fees from the receiving sets are to be 12s each. These are expected to yield £200,000 in revenue annually. There will be indirect advertising and musical programmes, which are expected to return a similar amount. The cost of operation will be half a million sterling per annum. Any deficit will Ik? met by a grant from the. Government of £200,000 annually.
