The “ Daily News” Jerusalem correspondent states that bodies are being exhumed at . Hebron with a. view to obtaining definite evidence of alleged Arab atrocities.

LONDON, September 9. The Jewish National Council at Jerusaleip, .have replied to the Arab Executive’s rejoinder , to the High Commissioner’is proclamation. The Arabs had alleged that the Government had armed the Jews, and the Council declared.:rv“ If the Jews at Hebron and Salfed had been armed they would riot, have been slaughtered like
sheep without firing a shot.
