GARDINPS SHOULDER DISLOCATED. AUCKLAND, September 2. Another large crowd attended at the 0 / . Town Hall to-night to witness a professional wrestling contest between Alaraoei Gardeni, ltalian-Canadian, and Naranian Singh, Indian. The latter won by falls in the fourth' and mch rounds. Gardini was injured by the fall in the fourth round and had to be assisted to his corner with a drooping right shoulder. A doctor gave him a hurried examination and pronounced him lit to proceed. However, lie was unable to lift his right arm at the opening of the fifth and was an easy prey for the Indian, who applied a hold to the injured shoulder immediately forcing his oppenent into painful submission. The crowd hooted the Indian’s procedure in no uncerta.n manner. Subsequent medical examination revealed the fact that Gardeni’s shoulder had been dislocated in the fourth round and had been wrenched back by the final throw.
