CHARGED WITH CONSPIRACY. (By Telegraph—Press Association). ’ - SYDNEY, Sept. 3. Seven Union officials charged with consipirncy to molest and intimidate free labourers in the timber industry, whose cases occupied the Police Court for a" fortnight, were to-day committed for trial. \. The defendants are: Charles Reeves, aged 52, bricklayer; John Smith Garden, aged 48, Secretary to the Labour Council; Michael Ryan, aged 34, .organiser;.
