Messrs w. jeffri.es a coy., are instructed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Hokitika, on behalf of the Mortgagee, THOMAS QUIRK to sell the following land:
ALL THOSE parcels of land situated in tbo Westland Provincial District, being an estato of leasehold under Grants of Easement, numbered 6632, 7148 and 7514. Being all those pieces of land situated in the Provincial District of Westland containing ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY ACRES ONE ROOD TWEN-TY-FOUR PERCHES (1130 acres ] rood 24 perches) be the same a little more or less BEING FIRSTLY Section number two hundred and one (201, Blocks (11) and three (111) on the public map of the Toaroha Survey District and Section Number 204, Block 2 on the said map AND BEING all the land comprised in Grant of Easement registered as number 6632 recorded in Certificate of Title, Volume 11 Folio 9 and Volume 10 Folio 266 respectively (Westland Land Registry) and SECONDLY being Sections numbered 2304. 2385, 2386 and 2377 on the public map of the Toaroha Survey District AND BEING ALL THE LAND comprised in Grant of Easement registered as number 7148 recorded in Certificates of Title Volumes) 18, 14, 19 and 15, Folios 201, 194, 206 and 138 respectively (Westland Registry); AND THIRDLY the balance of Section Number 3 of sub-division of Education Endowment Reserve Number 127 on the public map of the Toaroha Survey District after deducting therefrom the land in Deposited Plan Number 574 (Westland Land Registry) AND BEING all the land comprised in Grant of Easement registered as Number 7514 recorded in Certificate of Title, Volume II Folio 192, and Lease Number 854 (Westland Land Registry).
