HOKITIKA BOROUGH COUNCIL. mHE LEASES of the following Municipal Reserves are offered for sale by public Tender. Tenders, marked “Tender for leasing Reserve No. ” must reach the under-signed not later than 4 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 27th. SEPTEMBER, 1929:

The leases will be granted under Section 5, Sub-section (e) and First Schedule of the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908 for a term of twenty-one years, with a perpetual right of renewal in terms of twenty-one years. Fall conditions of leasing may lie seen at the Town Clerk’s-Office, Hokitika where tender forms may be obtained. Dated at Hokitika. this 21st. day of August, 1929. H. G. F. COLES, Town Clerk.
