RACECOURSE ACCIDENT. (Received this day at 10.30. a.m.' MELBOURNE, August 29. Clearing a six foot brush fence riderless, Polygonum landed in the Leger reserve at Moonee Valley races and crashed into the onlookers. One man was injured. The jockey was thrown the first time round in the hurdle race and had a narrow escape from injury coming down in the centre of the course. The horse continued'to race and when passing the judges box swerved off the course anu jumped the fence.
