There are great possibilities for developmentr—nature has been very prodigal even in the weather. When it rains it keeps on rain’iigj and a drought is. really a drought; Either something is very good or very much tne other way. Australians generally, seem to be terribly lacking in love for their country. The prosperity is all on the surface. Buildings are going up everywhere and- improvements are being made, but all the peope are complaining.
