The elapsecf time lead went to Mrs lliaden. Miss Earhart was second by four minutes. O’Donne was third and Miss Nicholls was fourth.

Six attempts to get - America’s Schneider Cup ’plane off the water today failed. The experiments ended by Lieut. Alt Williams being half poisoned by gas fumes. He was rescued by comrades.
