SION FETCHES 1050 GUINEAS. (Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, August 22. The prominent Valais Ibfed horse Sion, was to-day auctioned on behalf of the estate of the late .owner, Felix Holmes, who died in Sydney recently, and was sold to the Rosehill trainer, W. A witness in a racing case, at the quarter sessions to-day, was told to “Wake up.’’ “Don’t be angry with him,” interposed Judge Curleurs to the solicitor. He added: “My experience of racing men is that they have the intelligence of an imbecile or of childfc'd.’’
