BOXING
(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 22. The Northern Boxing Association lias completed negotiations with Artie Hay, of Hastings, welterweight champion, and Charlie Purdy to meet in a bout for the title at the Town Hall on September 9.
