A WATER RATE in respect to the ordinary supply within the meaning of the Ross Borough bylaws, on all lands and buildings to which water is supplied: (a) —Where such annual rateable value on the Valuation Roll does not exceed £l2 10s, a rate of 10s per annum. (b)—Where such annual rateable 'J value exceeds £l2 10s a rate of G per cent, on such value. On all lands and buildings to which water 1 can be, but is not, sup- • plied, situated within 100 yards I of any part of the water-works, a rate of one half of the above rates. On all Ross town sections where there are no buildings, situated within 100 yards of any part of the water works, a rate of Is per section.
