OBITUARY.

Another member of the famous Australian cricketing family of Gregorys is now dead, namely, Arthur Gregory, aged 68 years. He attended the funeral olf his nephew Syd on August Ist. When returning from the funeral, he fell off a tram and injured his hand. The wound became septic, arid it caused Arthur’s death in a private hospital yesterday. He had played for .New South Wales, and he also was a member of the Australian Test team in 1880.
JUNEE’S SEARCH,

SYDNEY, August 19,
A radio message from the steamer •Junee states that during the week a search was made of the area, east-south-east of Saint Paul’s Island, but no sign was discovered of the missing Kobenhaven. Severe south-west gales and hurricane squalls compelled the Junee to heave to.
